經文：
[和合本] 不可與男人苟合，像與女人一樣；這本是可憎惡的。
[現中修] 男子不可跟男子有性關係；這是上帝所厭惡的。
[KJV] Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.
[Living Bible] Homosexuality is absolutely forbidden, for it is an enormous sin.
[New Living] Do not practice homosexuality; it is a detestable sin.
[Net Bible] You must not have sexual intercourse with a male as one has sexual intercourse with a woman; it is a detestable act.
[NIV] Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable.
[RSV] You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination.
詮釋：
1.文學背景 (Literary Context) 21節提及 “不可使你的兒女經火歸與摩洛，也不可褻瀆你神的名。我是耶和華。” 有些學者認為22節也可能與拜摩洛有關。
2.從希伯來文直譯：And with a male you shall not lay lyings of a woman.
[Net Bible] And with a male you shall not lay [as the] lyings of a woman.
[Possibility] And with a male you shall not lay [in the] lyings of a woman.
3.幾種可能的詮釋：a.所有同性間性行為都禁止
b.所有男性間性行為都禁止
c.只有男性間肛交被禁止
d.男性間在異教寺廟儀式之肛交被禁止
e.男性間在女床上的性行為被禁止
議題：
1.Living Bible譯為 Homosexuality 同性戀 有時代倒錯與擴大解釋之嫌 [包含女同性戀]
2.當男性被當為女性作為性行為對象時，該男性失其本位，跨越性別，此乃被禁止。此乃當代文化重視男性，女性間之性行為在聖經中除羅馬書以外，幾乎沒討論。
3. 23節禁止男女與獸性交，也是跨類別相混，被禁止。
4.英文譯為abomination 希伯來文為 toebah 七十士譯本將其譯為 bdelygma 指儀式不潔淨，而非行為不道德 (ritually unclean vs. behaviorally immoral)
5.儀式潔淨律不許可跨類別相混，種子、布料、家畜 (利19:19)

[KJV] If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them.
[Living Bible] The penalty for homosexual acts is death to both parties. They have brought it upon themselves.
[Net Bible] If a man has sexual intercourse with a male as one has sexual intercourse with a woman, the two of them have committed an abomination. They must be put to death; their blood guilt is on themselves.
